I follow Michael Symon on Twitter and he recently started a thread about wooden cutting boards. I haven’t really thought too much about my cutting boards. I have several plastic ones, some flexible sheets, and other rigid boards. I trust what Michael has to say on this matter ever since my trip to Mabel’s BBQ in Cleveland, OH. It is a great BBQ joint!
