I gotta come clean about something. I may have started a BBQ blog because I wanted my own BBQ hat. I am in love with the Richard 112 class trucker hat. I have many in my collection, but I never had a custom one with my own logo. Maybe I started this whole journey so I had a reason to make one.
Well, I am glad that I did. It has been over 100 days of writing, reflection, and learning BBQ. I can’t believe how a little bit of time every day gets you to someplace unexpected. Trademark BBQ is my journey.
